The quality inspection personnel of Taporel Electrical do the penetration test,water diffusion test, tensile strength test and bending strength test,etc electrical and machanical test according to GB/T19519,DL/T864,DL/T810,IEC61109. The results
compeletely conform with related technical standard requirement.
We adopts the vacuum injection technics to produce Ø 200 mm * 4500 mm rod. The high strength fiber glass as a reinforced material is formed by one time molding.
Although the production efficiency is low, but it is of great significance. Unlike some so called big diameter manufacturers in the current market,whose products can’t stand up to various performance tests from authorised third party inspection institutions.
