Vacuum Impregnated Epoxy Tube

Description

What is Vacuum Impregnated Epoxy Tube?

The Vacuum Impregnated Epoxy Tube is a dielectric insulating component developed for use in electrical and mechanical applications requiring excellent dielectric properties, high mechanical strength, and environmental durability. Manufactured with a vacuum impregnation process that completely impregnates epoxy resin into reinforcing fibers or material, all air voids are eliminated for a greater overall structural integrity. The electrical insulation of this manufacturing process is good and can withstand high voltages and prevent electrical discharge or leakage. The epoxy resin acts as a strong barrier to moisture, chemical exposure, and environmental stress and is therefore suitable both indoors and outdoors under demanding conditions. With a smooth surface and matching composition, its performance is consistent over time in applications where extreme temperatures or mechanical loads are encountered. This is widely used in transformers, switchgear, and other high-voltage instrumentation where reliable insulation is important. They are lightweight, strong, and dimensionally stable enough to be easy to handle and install yet durable.
