On November 9th, 2017, Zeng Yuping, chief statistician of National Bureau of Statistics (NBS hereafter), He Ping, director of the Industrial Department of NBS, Xia Ping, director of the Population Department of NBS, accompanied by Zhang Xiaoguang, director of the Bureau of Statistics of Shaanxi Province, Zhang Minwei, director of Bureau of Statistics of Xi’an, and Li Bin, the deputy secretary general of Xi’an Municipal Government, visited and researched Taporel Electrical.
