On July 7th, 2016, SGCC ( State Grid Corporation of China) Xi’an Nanshan 750 kv Power Sub-station insulation fence project, which Taporel was in charge of, was checked and accepted by relevant departments. So far, it has got high praise.
Xi’an Nanshan 750 kv Power Sub-station insulation fence project includes 3.6 meters high, 270 meters long insulation walls, security fences on some floors, safety cage ladder, ground water proofing and fireproof insulation pultrusion grille.
Taporel Electrical paid high attention to the project progress after entering into a contract with electrical installing company. According to the earlier design scheme, from the raw materials into our factory to producing process, this project was under the proprietor’s strict supervision over the product quality, especially when producing the outdoor pultrusion polyurethane resin insulation materials, there are many problems. The resin used was from HUNTSMAN, their outdoor special polyurethane resin pultrusion resin, as well as their curing agent. Fiber surface mat was from the US OWENSCORNING, their best materials. Foam filler was from German BAYER, their obturator special polyurethane foam materials.
Regarding the anti-yellowing problem on Polyurethane pultrusion resin, Taporel communicated a lot with related suppliers in advance and worked out the solutions on it finally. After a lot of varification test , Taporel Electrical gained the first-hand original data. The anti-yellowing problem on Polyurethane resin pultrusion profiles got resolved. And, it was complied with the related standards, tested by the national authoritative organization.
During the installing, it was hot. The temperature was high at 38℃. However, the engineers and technicians keep working, no complaints on tiredness. And they finally finished the task on time, getting high praise from the proprietor. During the construction, the technicians recorded and got lots of original data on polyurethane resin pultrusion profiles installation. Thus, Taporel Electrical has got rich experience in future Polyurethane resin material installment.
